A Once-in-a-Lifetime Soccer Experience: The 2025 Soccer.com Club Partner XI Trip to Spain
This August, Soccer.com partnered with inspiresport once again to deliver an unforgettable international soccer experience for the Club Partner XI, an all-star U15 boys and girls team composed of standout players nominated from Soccer.com Club Partners across North America.
The trip took the players across Madrid and Valencia, immersing them in elite-level training with professional clubs, competing against top Spanish opposition, and soaking in the rich culture and footballing traditions of Spain.
A Global Stage for Rising Stars
Club Partner XI brings together some of the most talented young players from across North America. For many, this trip was their first taste of what it feels like to train and play at the highest levels of the global game. Through inspiresport’s exclusive partnerships, the players trained with legendary clubs like Real Madrid CF and Valencia CF, competed in friendly matches against strong Spanish academies, and experienced firsthand the unique soccer culture that defines Spain.
Key Highlights from Madrid & Valencia
Arrival in Madrid & Santiago Bernabéu Tour
The journey began in Madrid, where players and families were greeted by their dedicated inspiresport reps, Tirsa and Gio. After settling in, the group enjoyed a tour of the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid, giving the players a glimpse of what it means to play for one of the world’s most successful clubs.

Training at Real Madrid’s First Team Complex
The next morning, players laced up their boots for a training session led by Real Madrid Fundacion coaches, followed by a tour of the club’s famed academy facilities at Ciudad Real Madrid. Experiencing the same pitches and programs that have developed global superstars was a memory they will never forget.

Transition to Valencia – Masterclasses & Matches
From Madrid, the group traveled to Valencia, where they dove into a packed schedule of masterclass sessions with Valencia CF academy coaches, a chance to watch the Valencia women’s first team train, and training alongside Valencia’s talented U18 girls.
On the competitive side, both boys and girls tested themselves against tough Spanish opposition:
- Girls Friendly #1: SDC Odisea
- Boys Friendly #1: IDA Valencia
- Boys Friendly #2: Juventud Sanse
These matches challenged the players to adapt to new styles of play and gave them invaluable international experience.

Mestalla Stadium Tour & Cultural Immersion
The team also enjoyed a tour of Mestalla Stadium, home of Valencia CF, and free time to explore Valencia’s famous Arts & Science District. Off the pitch, the group experienced Spain’s vibrant culture, from a traditional paella lunch in L’Albufera, complete with a scenic boat ride, to an evening Flamenco show and tapas dinner in Madrid.
Beach Day & La Liga Kickoff
No trip to Valencia would be complete without time at the beach. Players enjoyed a relaxing day at Patacona Beach before the highlight of the week: attending the opening weekend of La Liga, watching Villarreal vs. Oviedo at the Estadio de la Cerámica. The atmosphere was electric, and for many, it was their first live professional European match.

Beyond the Game – Growth On and Off the Pitch
While the soccer experiences were world-class, this trip was about more than just the sport. The Club Partner XI players built friendships with teammates from across North America, gained exposure to new cultures, and learned valuable lessons about professionalism, adaptability, and resilience.
We look forward to seeing where their talent and hard work will take them next—both on and off the field.
