Arrival in Italy & Immersing in Serie A Culture
After landing in Rome, the group was welcomed by dedicated inspiresport representatives and settled into their accommodation. The trip kicked off with a taste of Italian soccer culture as they attended Roma vs. Como, a Serie A match, watching top-tier competition live in action at the famous Stadio Olimpico.
Juventus: Training at Italy’s Most Successful Club & Meeting the Team
One of the most exciting moments of the tour was the visit to Juventus, Italy’s most successful club. The players had an exclusive training session at the club’s facilities, using the same pitches where Juventus’ youth teams develop their skills.

The Darlington Soccer Academy then traveled to Florence, where they experienced something no other external team had before – training at ACF Fiorentina’s state-of-the-art Viola Park complex.
This was a historic moment. Until this trip, only Fiorentina’s first team and academy had access to these facilities. Darlington’s players got a firsthand look at one of the most modern training environments in Europe, making them part of soccer history.
