Billy Hartman Bids Farewell to inspiresport & Next Generation International, Leaving a Legacy of Excellence in International Soccer Travel
After more than two decades of leadership and three years of guiding the successful transition following inspiresport’s acquisition, Billy Hartman, the founder of Next Generation International and Chairman of Inspiresport North America, will be stepping down from his role.
Billy’s journey began in 2002 when he established what would become Next Generation International through a groundbreaking partnership with adidas. With a deep belief in the power of international soccer experiences, he recognized early on the growing demand among North American players, coaches, and parents to engage with the world’s best in the sport. Over the past 23 years, that vision has become a reality, solidifying Next Generation International as a leader in international soccer travel.
Under his leadership, the company forged lasting partnerships with elite European Clubs and Federations, providing once-in-a-lifetime development opportunities for thousands of youth soccer players and teams. His commitment to growing the game at the grassroots level, combined with his strategic vision, positioned the company at the forefront of the industry.
Following the 2021 acquisition by inspiresport, Billy played a crucial role in integrating the two entities, ensuring continuity, stability, and long-term success. His deep industry knowledge and leadership helped cement Inspiresport’s presence in North America and set the foundation for continued growth.
